Multiple agencies are responding to a marine rescue on the Gunpowder River Saturday after a watercraft began taking on water with several people on board.
What’s Happening: The Joppa Magnolia Volunteer Fire Company and other agencies are operating at the Mariner Point Park boat ramps. The number of people on board has not been confirmed.
