Baltimore has a rodent problem, and now there’s a ranking to prove it.
Pest control company Terminix placed Baltimore at number 13 on its annual Top 50 Most Rodent-Infested Cities list, based on 2025 service data from more than 300 branches nationwide.
The report dropped October 5th. Terminix says fall is the worst time of year for rodent activity, as dropping temperatures push mice and rats indoors in search of food and shelter. And here’s a fun fact to ruin your day: a mouse can squeeze through a gap the size of a dime.
New York, Los Angeles, and Philadelphia topped the national list. Washington, D.C. came in at number seven.
