A car rolled off a highway and crashed into the Oscar Hawkins Ballet Arts Academy late Monday night while the studio was closed. No one was inside, and no one was injured.
What’s Happening: The crash was discovered the next day. According to the academy, the car rolled off the highway into the school late the night of Jan. 5. The academy is now looking for a temporary space to hold classes while the studio is repaired.
What’s Important: The building was empty at the time of the crash and no one was hurt. The Oscar Hawkins Ballet Arts Academy has served the community for more than 20 years and had recently moved to this location.
