SILVER SPRING — Montgomery County police are searching for 20-year-old Jiyi Chen, who was last seen Saturday evening in Silver Spring.
What’s Happening: Chen was last seen at 5:16 p.m. Saturday in the 13,000 block of Gershwin Way in Silver Spring. She was wearing a black jacket, black pants, white shoes and carrying a white bag.
What’s Important: Chen is 5 feet, 1 inch tall with dark brown hair and brown eyes.
