A missing man from Clarksville was found dead Saturday morning after a two-day search that brought dozens of first responders to a Maryland neighborhood.
What’s Happening: Search teams found 26-year-old Mohammed Halawa dead in a wooded area at approximately 10:30 a.m. on Saturday. Howard County Police said there are no signs of foul play.
What’s Important: Halawa had been missing since Wednesday afternoon when he was last seen leaving his home on Trotter Road around noon on foot.
The Timeline: Police first asked for the public’s help finding Halawa on Thursday evening. The search ended Saturday morning when a search team located him in woods near his neighborhood.
