Baltimore police are asking the public to help identify two suspects caught on video in connection with a fatal shooting that killed one man and wounded a woman on Cameron Road.
What happened: The shooting took place Oct. 20, 2025, in the 1000 block of Cameron Road. Stephen Phillips, 35, was killed. A 31-year-old woman was also shot and injured.
What police need: Homicide detectives released video footage showing two suspects and are asking anyone who recognizes them to come forward. The suspects have not been publicly identified.

The Cameron Road shooting remains under investigation. No arrests have been announced.
