Maryland will see temperatures in the 20s and 30s this week with several chances of snow, according to the National Weather Service.
What’s Happening: Monday’s high will reach 33 degrees with sunny skies and northwest winds gusting up to 22 mph. Tonight’s low will drop to 15 degrees.
What’s Important: Snow chances begin Tuesday night and continue through Wednesday morning. A 50% chance of snow Tuesday night could bring less than one inch of accumulation. Wednesday morning has a 40% chance of snow with less than half an inch possible before 7 a.m.
The Week Ahead:
- Tuesday: Partly sunny with a high near 39 degrees. A 20% chance of rain and snow after 4 p.m.
- Tuesday Night: A 50% chance of snow with a low around 27 degrees. Less than one inch of accumulation expected.
- Wednesday: A 40% chance of snow before 7 a.m. with a high near 33 degrees. Less than half an inch of new snow possible.
- Thursday: Sunny with a high near 30 degrees and a low around 15 degrees.
- Friday: A 30% chance of snow after 7 a.m. with a high near 36 degrees.
- Weekend: Sunny Saturday with a high near 23 degrees. Partly sunny Sunday with a high near 25 degrees.
The coldest overnight temperatures will occur Wednesday night and Thursday night, with lows around 16 degrees.
